Start with three questions:

  • What do I know deeply or care about?
  • Who do I want to serve or inspire?
  • What value will this give the reader?

Great book topics come from lived experience, unique insights, or a compelling story. If you’re writing non-fiction, aim to solve a real problem. If it’s fiction, create a world or emotion that captivates.

Don’t chase trends. Instead, chase truth — something you feel called to write and others would want to read.
